In today’s cut-throat sports world, an athlete's earning potential is limited to a relatively short period of time.  As a result, IAI encourages and facilitates the strategic planning of post-career activities. Our athletes are our top priority and we are committed to helping each of them reach their full potential as a professional athlete and beyond that, as a human being. Our goal is to provide the highest quality representation and management to athletes who want to maximize their potential on and off the track/trail/road. From the start, we work with our athletes to assist in building relationships and business contacts that will help ease the transition from the athletics field to the business arena. We hope some of our athletes will join IAI when they have finished with their racing career. Regardless, IAI will continue to work with its athletes through retirement to ensure a productive and fulfilling secondary career.
